NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS

Support That Respects How Your Brain and Nervous System Work

You should not have to mask, perform, or force yourself into someone else’s idea of what support should look like.

Whole Heart Brainspotting offers individualized, trauma-informed support for autistic adults, adults with ADHD, and people exploring or identifying with neurodivergence. Sessions make room for your sensory needs, communication preferences, processing style, strengths, challenges, and lived experience.

We begin with what helps you feel understood, comfortable, and able to participate as yourself.

Whole Heart Brainspotting does not provide autism or ADHD assessment, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis services.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BECOME LESS OF YOURSELF TO RECEIVE MEANINGFUL SUPPORT.

Neurodivergence can shape how you experience your body, emotions, relationships, responsibilities, and the world around you. Support should recognize both the challenges you face and the strengths you bring.

THERE IS ROOM FOR THE FULL PICTURE

Exploring the cost of hiding, minimizing, or constantly adjusting who you are to meet other people’s expectations.

MASKING & EXHAUSTION

Understanding how sound, light, movement, touch, environments, and accumulated stress may affect your capacity and well-being.

SENSORY NEEDS & OVERWHELM

Making room for difficulties with starting, organizing, prioritizing, transitioning, or completing tasks—without treating them as personal failures.

EXECUTIVE FUNCTION & DAILY DEMANDS

Developing greater awareness of emotional and nervous-system responses while identifying ways to support yourself during intense moments.

EMOTIONAL INTENSITY & REGULATION

Exploring needs, boundaries, misunderstandings, connection, and ways of communicating that feel more authentic and sustainable.

RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATION

Recognizing your insight, creativity, focus, sensitivity, resilience, and other strengths while building confidence in your own way of knowing.

IDENTITY, STRENGTHS & SELF-TRUST

YOU ARE NOT A PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED.

SUPPORT THAT ADAPTS TO YOU

You Do Not Have to Fit the Session. The Session Can Fit You

There is no single correct way to communicate, process, focus, or feel comfortable. We can discuss what helps, what makes participation more difficult, and what adjustments may allow you to engage more fully as yourself.

You are welcome to ask questions, request changes, take time to respond, move your body, look away, or say that something is not working for you.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TELL ME WHAT HELPS YOU FEEL SUPPORTED.

You may speak freely, use fewer words, pause, write things down, or take additional time to organize your thoughts.

COMMUNICATION CHOICES

We can discuss lighting, sound, seating, movement, headphones, and other environmental factors that may affect your comfort.

SENSORY PREFERENCES

You will not be rushed to answer, identify an emotion, make eye contact, or move forward before you feel ready.

PROCESSING PACE

I will explain what we are doing, invite questions, and check in along the way. You can pause, adjust, or decline any part of the process.

PREDICTABILITY & CONSENT

TOOLS CHOSEN WITH YOU

Support Is Not About Making You Less Neurodivergent.

The goal is not to remove the traits that make you who you are. Together, we can explore tools that support regulation, self-understanding, resilience, and your ability to navigate life in ways that feel more sustainable.

A focused, brain-body approach that can create space to explore difficult experiences, emotional responses, internal blocks, and personal strengths at your own pace.

BRAINSPOTTING

Simple heart-focused practices that may support awareness, grounding, and nervous-system regulation during stress or overwhelm.

HEARTMATH

Noticing sensations, movement, energy, and physical responses without requiring you to ignore discomfort or disconnect from your body.

SOMATIC & BODY-AWARE SUPPORT

An immersive combination of sound and gentle, low-frequency vibration that may offer a calming sensory experience and space for rest, body awareness, and decompression.

OPUS VIBRO-ACOUSTIC LOUNGE

An optional movement and sensory tool that uses adjustable whole-body vibration to support grounding, body awareness, and gentle physical activation.

VIBRATION PLATE

Clarifying needs, identifying patterns, breaking larger concerns into manageable steps, and exploring strategies that work with your life and processing style.

PRACTICAL REFLECTION & GOAL SUPPORT

NOT EVERY TOOL WORKS FOR EVERY PERSON. YOUR FEEDBACK HELPS GUIDE THE PROCESS.

  • Vibration-based services are optional, available in person only, and offered after discussing your comfort and any relevant health considerations.

COMMON QUESTIONS

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN OR DEFEND THE WAY YOUR MIND WORKS HERE.

Questions are welcome. We can talk about your needs, preferences, concerns, and what would help support feel more accessible.

SUPPORT SHOULD MAKE ROOM FOR WHO YOU ARE.

You do not need a formal diagnosis, the perfect words, or certainty about what kind of support you need. We can begin with your experiences, preferences, and what would help you feel more comfortable taking the next step.
