MEET STEPHANIE
Support Grounded in Curiosity, Respect, and Human Connection.
I’m Stephanie Henderson, founder of Whole Heart Brainspotting. I offer individualized support for people navigating trauma, recovery, neurodivergence, overwhelm, and life experiences that can leave them feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client lead. I do not expect you to arrive with the perfect words or a clear explanation of what you need. We can begin with what you are noticing, what has been difficult, and what might help you feel more supported.
My work is shaped by professional training, years of experience alongside rehabilitation and behavioral-health teams, and a deep respect for the ways people adapt, survive, and find their way forward.
I believe meaningful support begins with meeting you where you are—not where someone else thinks you should be.

WHAT INFORMS MY WORK
Professional Training Meets Real-World Experience.
My work brings together specialized training, practical experience, and an understanding that no single approach fits every person.
I have spent years supporting individuals in recovery and working alongside rehabilitation and behavioral-health teams. These experiences have taught me the importance of pacing, collaboration, clear boundaries, and support that respects the whole person.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME
I Believe People Need Support That Makes Room for Their Humanity.
People are often asked to explain themselves before they have the words, make decisions before they feel ready, or fit into approaches that were not created with their needs in mind.
I wanted Whole Heart Brainspotting to offer something different: a place where curiosity can replace judgment, where the body is included in the conversation, and where people are supported without being pressured to become someone else.
My role is not to decide who you should be or what direction your life should take. My role is to listen carefully, offer thoughtful tools, and help create the conditions for greater awareness, choice, and connection.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PERFORM, PROVE, OR PERFECT YOURSELF TO BE WORTHY OF SUPPORT.
You do not need to arrive with certainty, the right words, or a complete plan. We can begin with a conversation about what you have been carrying and what kind of support might feel useful now.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE.
